Liceo Diplomas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinden Alberto S\u00e1nchez ile Esther Rodr\u00edguez-Quintana\u2019y\u0131 bir fincan kahve e\u015fli\u011finde konuk ettik.<\/p><p><strong>UCM ekibi:<\/strong> Deneyimlerinize g\u00f6re, ASD&#8217;li bireylerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli sosyo-duygusal sorunlar nelerdir?<\/p><p><strong>Alberto:<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Her ikisine de \u00f6nem vermek i\u00e7in bu iki kavram\u0131 neredeyse birbirinden ay\u0131rmak isterdim, ancak bunlar birbiriyle yak\u0131ndan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. ASD\u2019li ki\u015filer hem kendi duygular\u0131n\u0131 hem de ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131makta zorluk \u00e7ekerler. Bu durum sosyal sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilir. Bu nedenle her iki y\u00f6n \u00fczerinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca, Liceo diplomalar\u0131, ba\u015fkalar\u0131na bakmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan sosyal bak\u0131m ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum, bu ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda kafam\u0131zda olu\u015fmu\u015f olabilecek \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Alberto:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">17 ve 18 ya\u015f\u0131nda ve daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ki\u015filerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz; bu nedenle, yeti\u015fkin olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in ya\u015fam deneyimleri bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. Ard\u0131ndan, 115 saatlik denetimli staj s\u00fcresince \u00f6\u011frenciler, sim\u00fclasyonlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6nceden \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 konular\u0131 uygulamaya ge\u00e7iriyorlar.<\/p><p>Zihinsel engelli (ZE) ve otizm spektrum bozuklu\u011fu (OSB) olan ki\u015filerin nas\u0131l etkile\u015fim kurdu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemledik ve otizmli bir\u00e7ok \u00f6\u011frencinin \u2013 belki de kendilerine bak\u0131lma deneyimlerinden dolay\u0131 \u2013 \u00f6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131 insanlara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fckemmel bak\u0131m becerilerine sahip oldu\u011funu fark ettik. Zamanlamay\u0131 m\u00fckemmel bir \u015fekilde kavr\u0131yorlar ve bize ba\u015fkalar\u0131na nas\u0131l destek olabilece\u011fimizi \u00f6\u011fretiyorlar. Bu her zaman soru sormak ya da dokunmaktan ibaret de\u011fil; bazen sadece e\u015flik etmek ve zamanlamaya sayg\u0131 duymaktan ibarettir. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirmeliyiz. Okullar ve aileler yeni teknolojilerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparsa, bu teknolojiler \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 olabilir. Teknoloji, s\u0131n\u0131f ortam\u0131nda sunmas\u0131 zor olan se\u00e7enekler sunarak e\u011fitimi iyile\u015ftirmeyi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar.<\/span><\/p><p>E\u011fitim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, bence h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde uzun bir yol var. Okullar\u0131n, \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme programlar\u0131na k\u0131yasla bu duruma daha iyi uyum sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00dcniversiteden mezun olduklar\u0131nda, haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 bir ger\u00e7eklikle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yorlar. Bence \u00e7o\u011fu kendilerini kaybolmu\u015f ve g\u00fcvensiz hissediyor. UCM E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde bu sorunu tespit ettik ve iki yolla ele al\u0131yoruz: Birincisi, Lise Diplomas\u0131 program\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla talepte bulunan t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frenci gruplar\u0131na e\u011fitim ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sunuyoruz. \u0130kincisi, Liceo Diploma \u00f6\u011frencileriyle pratik deneyim sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. ASD&#8217;li ki\u015filerle tan\u0131\u015fmak, bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6n\u00fcyle bu konuyu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r hale getirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor.
