St\u0103m de vorb\u0103 cu Alberto S\u00e1nchez, unul dintre directorii Liceo Diploma, al\u0103turi de Esther Rodr\u00edguez-Quintana, pentru o cafea.<\/p><p>Echipa UCM: Din experien\u021ba dumneavoastr\u0103, care sunt cele mai semnificative probleme socio-emo\u021bionale cu care se confrunt\u0103 persoanele cu TSA?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Alberto: A\u0219 fi aproape s\u0103 separ cele dou\u0103 concepte pentru a le da importan\u021b\u0103 am\u00e2ndurora, dar sunt str\u00e2ns legate. Persoanele cu TSA au dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een a recunoa\u0219te emo\u021biile, at\u00e2t ale lor, c\u00e2t \u0219i ale altora. Acest lucru poate duce la probleme sociale. Ei \u00een\u021beleg perfect sincronizarea \u0219i ne \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 cum s\u0103-i sus\u021binem pe ceilal\u021bi. Totu\u0219i, trebuie s\u0103 fim aten\u021bi. A\u0219 pune mai mult accent pe instruirea familiilor. Nu ne putem a\u0219tepta s\u0103 impunem o metodologie de utilizare a tehnologiei la \u0219coal\u0103 dac\u0103 acas\u0103 este &#8222;c\u00e2nd vreau&#8221;, &#8222;c\u00e2nd p\u0103rin\u021bii mei nu au timp&#8221; sau &#8222;c\u00e2nd vor s\u0103 tac&#8221;. Trebuie s\u0103 schimb\u0103m cultura. Dac\u0103 \u0219colile \u0219i familiile colaboreaz\u0103 pentru a folosi tehnologii noi, acestea pot fi foarte benefice. Odat\u0103 ce p\u0103r\u0103sesc facultatea, se confrunt\u0103 cu o realitate pentru care nu sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi. Cred c\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre ei se simt pierdu\u021bi \u0219i nesiguri. La Facultatea de Educa\u021bie UCM, am identificat aceast\u0103 problem\u0103 \u0219i o abord\u0103m \u00een dou\u0103 moduri: \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, oferim instruire \u0219i con\u0219tientizare oric\u0103rui grup de studen\u021bi care solicit\u0103 acest lucru prin Diploma Liceo. \u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, oferim experien\u021b\u0103 practic\u0103 studen\u021bilor cu Liceo Diploma. \u00cent\u00e2lnirea cu persoane cu TSA ajut\u0103 la demistificarea multor aspecte.
