On 21 November 2025, the 3rd Mazovian Education Congress titled “Education and Wellbeing – Challenges and Solutions” took place. The meeting focused on modern perspectives in education, mental health, inclusion and systemic support for young people.
One of the presentations addressed the issue of strengthening wellbeing among neurodiverse students, with particular emphasis on the role of teachers in understanding neurodiversity and creating environments that foster emotional safety, autonomy and genuine participation. The importance of developing teacher competencies in this area was highlighted, including the example of the EARLY-ASD project, which provides training and tools for working with autistic children, such as digital social stories to support communication and emotional regulation.
